2. Unique Breadcrumbs (internal navigation) & Header H1 Tags
Not only are breadcrumbs user friendly but internal navigation helps search engines determine what pages are important. Notice how the examples below use the specific keyword the page is trying to be optimized for. If we were trying to rank #1 for the keyword "men" we would use "men" in the breadcrumb.
